Alexander Müller is Managing Partner of BOARDTARGET and founder of IBA Partners.

With over 30 years of experience in leading international consulting firms, Alexander Müller focuses on Executive Search, Executive Coaching and Management Audit .

In Executive Search he has profound experience in filling significant management positions. His focus is on appointments at top management level such as Managing Director / CEO, CFO, COO and other top roles as direct reports to the C-level as well as advisory board functions. Functionally, he is focused on finance & controlling, operations and general management. At the same time, he is related to technologies such as additive manufacturing and digital technologies / AI.

Executive Coaching, he professionalized 20 years ago specifically for the upper management and made the topic presentable in these levels. He holds a master's degree in psychology from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, postgraduate training in systemic coaching and several accreditations in scientifically based tools of Management Diagnostics. He is fluent in German, English and Dutch and speaks some French.



Bernhard Glaninger

Bernhard Glaninger is a partner of BOARDTARGET and owner of PRAECLARUS GmbH, Switzerland. He is also founder of IBA Partners.

Before his international advisory work, he was a Managing Director with many years of leadership- experience in an international Swiss SME. He has demonstrable success in achieving the sales targets of over 100 million euros while maintaining profitability targets and was responsible for a staff of 220 people. In addition, he managed cross-group projects in change management and the implementation of new ERP systems.

In addition, he was a member of the board of trustees of a personnel leadership foundation and member of the board of directors at the leading, international association in the automotive supplier industry.

Bernhard Glaninger primarily supports medium-sized organizations in Executive Search, in succession planning as well as in the development of organizational structures. He is fluent in German, English, French and speaks some Italian.
